HOW IT WORKS

Book Your First Visit

Use the SVG3 booking link to schedule your in-clinic session — or text (702) 803-3042 if you’d prefer a mobile visit at your home, gym, or office.

Initial Evaluation & 1:1 Treatment

This isn’t a quick assessment and a printout of exercises. During your first 60-minute session, I’ll do a full-body evaluation and start hands-on treatment immediately. Most people leave the first visit already feeling a noticeable difference.

Do the Work Between Sessions

You’ll get simple, effective exercises to do at home — carefully chosen to support the hands-on work and accelerate healing. These aren't fluff routines — they're tailored to your condition and updated as you progress.

Follow-Up Sessions

Most people see major improvement in just 3–5 sessions. We’ll adjust the plan as needed and keep going until you’re pain-free, moving well, and back to doing what you love — with confidence.

ADVANTAGE THERAPY

SERVICES

Cupping is a therapeutic practice that involves placing cups on the skin to create suction. This suction helps to mobilize blood flow, promote healing, and alleviate muscle tension and pain. Cupping is often used as a complementary therapy for conditions such as muscle soreness, inflammation, and stress relief.

Dry-needling

Dry needling is a therapeutic technique used by trained healthcare professionals, typically physical therapists, to treat muscular pain and dysfunction. It involves the insertion of thin needles into trigger points or tight bands of muscle tissue, aiming to alleviate pain, improve range of motion, and promote muscle relaxation. Unlike acupuncture, which is rooted in traditional Chinese medicine and targets meridians to restore energy flow, dry needling focuses on addressing muscle knots and tension directly. This technique is often used as part of a comprehensive treatment plan for various musculoskeletal conditions.

Dry Needling

Trigger points are hyperirritable spots within muscles that can cause localized pain, stiffness, and referred pain. Vibration therapy works by applying oscillating pressure to trigger points, which helps to relax tight muscles, increase blood flow, and desensitize pain receptors. It is commonly used as part of a comprehensive treatment plan.

Electrical-Stimulation

Electrical Stimulation

Electrical stimulation therapy involves using electrical currents to stimulate nerves and muscles, aiding in pain relief, muscle strengthening, and rehabilitation. This may be done using dry needles inserted into specific points on the body, or with standalone electrical stimulation devices that are applied directly to the skin. Electrical stimulation works by activating sensory nerves, blocking pain signals, and causing muscles to contract, which can help to reduce pain, improve muscle strength, and accelerate healing.

Kinesio-Taping-Treatment

Kinesiology tape is a flexible adhesive tape applied to the skin to provide support, stability, and pain relief to muscles and joints. Unlike traditional athletic tape, kinesiology tape is designed to mimic the elasticity of human skin, allowing for a full range of motion. It can be applied in various patterns to achieve different therapeutic effects, such as reducing swelling, improving muscle function, and providing proprioceptive feedback.

Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation

Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation therapy is assisted stretching technique designed to facilitate your recovery through a unique combination of stretching and strengthening techniques. Joint Mobilization & Manipulation

Joint mobilization and manipulation are manual techniques used to restore normal motion, correct alignment, and reduce pain in joints. Mobilization involves gently moving the joint through its natural range of motion to improve joint function and reduce stiffness, while manipulation involves applying a quick, controlled force to the joint to realign it and alleviate pain.

For Alignment and Pain Reduction

traction-lumbar

At-home lumbar Traction

At-home lumbar traction involves using a device to provide traction to the lumbar spine, helping to alleviate back pain and decompress spinal discs. Lumbar traction works by gently stretching the spine, which helps to reduce pressure on the spinal discs, relieve nerve compression, and improve spinal alignment. The device is designed for home use, allowing individuals to perform traction therapy in the comfort of their own home.

Follow Up Session

Tailored Pricing Provided After Free Consultation

Follow-up visits aren’t just check-ins — they’re strategic steps forward.

Whether we meet at your home or inside SVG3 Fitness, each session is personalized, hands-on, and built to keep momentum going. I assess your progress, adjust your treatment plan in real time, and continue working toward the root cause — not just symptom relief.

Every visit moves you closer to full recovery, better function, and long-term results.

Because every case responds differently, I don’t post pricing online. Instead, I do an initial evaluation so you know exactly what your treatment plan — and investment — will look like before booking more treatments. It’s personalized care, not guesswork, and always transparent from the start.

INSURANCE

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • No — and that’s on purpose.
I’ve chosen to stay out of the insurance system because I’m here to get you better, not to spend time finding things to bill for.

Insurance-based care often means rushed sessions, minimal hands-on time, and plans drawn out over weeks just to meet reimbursement guidelines. That’s not how I work.

    Instead, you get:

    60 full minutes, one-on-one, with a specialist

Hands-on treatment that actually makes a difference

A plan tailored to you — not an insurance company’s checkboxes

Many patients say it ends up costing less in the long run — because they actually get results in a few sessions instead of 10+ visits with little change.

You’re welcome to use your HSA/FSA card, and I can provide a superbill if your plan offers out-of-network reimbursement.

  • If your out-of-network deductible has been met, 60-85% of the fees can typically be reimbursed for private insurance. We've partnered with Reimbursify to help simplify this process. Advantage Therapy fees can go towards out-of-network deductible if not met yet.

  • Only private insurance can typically be eligible for reimbursement, so Medicare will not qualify for reimbursement.

  • Please visit the link below to file a reimbursement claim:

  • Most people come to me after spending time and money on cookie-cutter treatments that didn’t fix the problem. I don’t list generic pricing because my approach is customized and far more efficient. You’ll get a clear, honest price after a free consultation — no surprises, no fluff.
